Grand Canyon

We hiked the Grand Canyon from rim to rim two weeks ago and stayed at Jacob Lake.

We had 16 people in our group. It was fabulous!

Chasing Pavement...

This is me...don't I look awesome? Hah. Rach, Ash, and I ran the St. George Marathon this past weekend. I loved every second of the race. One of my favorite parts of running races is the first 5 minutes. If you take out your earphones and listen to all the feet hitting the pavement, you will hear beauty. (thanks to cj)

Mitch is home, time to celebrate.

s l o w d a y . . .

there is something so slow about this day....perhaps i got 8 hours of sleep last night, which is about 2.15 more than usual and my body doesn't know what to do with all the extra energy....perhaps i have been sick for a week and i want more than anything for this blasted cold/cough/headache to go away because in less than 48 hours is the marathon...perhaps i just miss mitch too much.

whatever it is...hopefully it won't last for too long.
