High Tea at the Grand America

Cute Clara and Abby enjoying tea at the Grand America.

Alta Cabin.

Alta Cabin = lots of love.

S U N D A N C E

We went to Sundance with my Dad, Rhonda and Chase. It's become an annual tradition. The beet salad is to die for, seriously the best beet salad. We had a fabulous evening.

The Nogger

Here we are, at the end of the night. We got snowed in at Kim & Jeff's cabin.
It ended up being a most fabulous evening. I wish you could have all seen Mitch
in his entire outfit. He had on wool knickers and a boy scout shirt.
A great way to start our Christmas season.

DC

(Mitch, Spencer, Sara & Claire at the Botanical Gardens.)
Isn't Claire so so so so cute?

(Andi & me)
We just happened to see Andi. How perfect.

2010

I am a little behind on blogging, I still haven't uploaded any of our pictures from the holidays.

Here is 2010 in review:
  1. Got run over by the imp.
  2. Finished the legislative session.
  3. Ran two marathons (Grandma's & Chicago). Mitch even ran one.
  4. Fabulous vacations: Beach with the Henriods, Hebgen with Rach & Ash, Salt Lake (Salt Lake is no longer our home, very sad), Chicago, Nauvoo, NYC, DC, Denver, Tahoe, Mesquite, Madison, Northern Minnesota, & Kirksville.
  5. Uncle Kevin passed away, my heart still aches every time I think about it.
  6. I cooked my first Thanksgiving dinner with the help of Sarah M.
  7. Looked for a job and applied for a million jobs.
  8. Made great friends in Minnesota, I would be lost without them.
  9. Learned how to sew and kind of became crafty. (I owe the craftiness to Megan.)
  10. Had visitors: Mom, Chase, Rach & Ash.
  11. I remembered how much I love dance.
  12. Became a dance teacher.
  13. Translated the 1917, 1918, & 1919 Lithuanian Constitutions.
  14. Celebrated our 1st anniversary. (Don't worry we went to McDonald's three times that day: 1st -breakfast, 2nd -Diet Cokes and 3rd - ice cream cones (the chocolate is the best)).
  15. I won second in the county fair for baked goods. (It's kind of humorous, considering the fact I am horrible at cooking.) My prize was $2.00. Amazing.
Happy Sunday.

according to the weather channel.

We are so thrilled to be home.
